Refund Policy

Refunds can only be processed within 15 days of subscription, purchased from Antivirus-activation.

A refund is not applicable when customer lies in the given conditions:-

Incidents plans:

Customers will not be refunded any amount they have paid once there problem is resolved. If any issues remain un-resolved from our side customer may always write to us on, before the expiry date mentioned in his preferred plan. No refund requests will be entertained once the mentioned date passes away.

Monthly Assistance plans, Annual Assistance plans & 6-month Assistance plans:

If more than one problem is resolved and the same is mentioned in the feedback email, the charges for the Setup Free is not refundable. Not abiding by this, it may be the sole discretion and on us, and agree and refund of processing after the deduction of the setup charges

Products

The user agrees that, we are not liable for any refunds once the software/anti-virus has been delivered on to customers end through email, and has been installed over his/her laptop/PC.

Once the user replies to our payment authorization mail with the authorization mail they are in they are bound with our refund policy.

The users are only eligible for a refund if they meet all the following criterias (for all incident based plans), as stated below

  • The users have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the issue and problem was not resolved until the time account was active.
  • Before the 48 hrs after the resolution of the issue and a confirmation from the customer after the issue was last worked upon by us
User Responsibility
  • In connection with obtaining Services, customers agree that they will
  • Cooperate with us: We use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Assistance to customers. Our experience shows that most problems can be resolved with close cooperation between customers and us. Please listen to the instructions given carefully and follow the same step by step and users have to confirm the same at each step.
  • The full system, including software and hardware, is available and accessible to customers without limit during any telephone discussions with us.
Software/Data Backup
  • The users understand and agree that our services shall under no circumstance be responsible for any lost or corrupted software or data. So we highly recommend to all the users to maintain a complete data backup and disaster recovery plan.
Account, Password, and Security

For customers to submit a Plan Order, they must complete the Registration Process by providing Antivirus-activation with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by and required under the applicable Registration Form. They also will choose a password and a username. Customers are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.

It is recommended to use genuine and valid Software and Hardware and also proper working phone line with sufficient power back up for seamless software assistance

The users are solely and entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under their account. And users agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss that may incur as a result of someone else using customers password or account, either with or without their knowledge.

The users are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up all information, data, text or other materials i.e. Customer Data; and software stored on their computer and storage media before ordering the services. Customers acknowledge and agree that Antivirus-activation or its referral partners have no responsibility or liability under any circumstance at any time for any loss or corruption of customer data, software or hardware; that may arise out of the services.

However, users can be held liable for losses incurred by our services or its affiliates or another party due to someone else using their account or password. Further users may not use anyone elses account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

The users are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up all information, data, text or other materials i.e. Customer Data; and software stored on their computer and storage media before ordering the services. Customers acknowledge and agree that Antivirus-activation or its referral partners have no responsibility or liability under any circumstance at any time for any loss or corruption of customer data, software or hardware; that may arise out of the services.
